Chicago Park District pushes $630M plan to revamp Soldier Field post-Bears

While the Chicago Bears consider legislative proposals from Illinois and Indiana lawmakers to decide which state should be home to its new stadium, the Chicago Park District has proposed a more than half a billion-dollar plan to revamp Soldier Field for when the team moves on from there.
