Rainbow PUSH taps new leader to replace the late Rev. Jesse Jackson

The Rainbow PUSH Coalition has tapped the youngest son of the Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. as its new leader, the organization said Thursday.

Rainbow PUSH Coalition taps the youngest son of the late Rev. Jesse Jackson as its new leader

Before the reverend’s death, he had designated his son Yusef as his successor, Rainbow PUSH said in a news release. For the past two years, the younger Jackson had served as the organization’s chief operating officer.
